One hub. Many spokes.
One kitchen is planned to prepare everything, so a TAUREATO bowl tastes the same at every outlet.

What the hub will do
- Marinates and prepares the rotisserie chicken
- Cooks the beans, curries, finishes and raita
- Par-cooks the rice
- Prepares vegetables, pickles and crunch
- Portions, labels and dispatches chilled
What a planned spoke will do
- Finishes the rotisserie chicken, rice and parotta
- Heats and assembles bowls, wraps and Parotta Layers
- Shreds kothu and rolls parottas on the griddle
- Cooks eggs fresh
- Fries sides fresh, then serves
What it is built for
- The same taste everywhere
- Small outlets designed to open at low cost
- Simple training, because every ingredient has a code
Growth path
- Phase 1
The hub as a cloud kitchen on Swiggy and Zomato, with three types of walk-up stall
- Phase 2
Ordering on our own website, and the first food trucks. The hub is designed to supply 10 to 15 trucks.
- Phase 3
Kiosks, cafés and drive-ins
Every outlet other than the hub and the launch stalls is planned. The exact cooking, chilling and finishing process is confirmed during menu testing.
